Ingredients

• 1 large/2 small chicken breasts
• fajita dinner kit
• 1 red/yellow or green pepper
• 1 onion
• 150ml tub sour cream
• Handful of grated cheese

Method

1. Slice the onion, peppers and chicken into long strips
2. Warm a little oil in a pan, add the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes until starting to brown
3. Add the peppers and onions and continue to cook until they are soft and the chicken is cooked through
4. Add the flavour sachets in the dinner kit and cook for another minute
5. Meanwhile, grate the cheese and put the put the sour cream and salsa from the dinner kit into serving bowls/dishes on the table
6. Warm the tortillas to packet instructions
