Creamy cheese and bacon pasta for all the family

Ingredients
- 300g bacon
- 1 onion
- 400g dried spaghetti
- 1 egg and 2 extra yolks
- 150ml tub single cream
- 50g smoked cheese, grated
Method
- Chop the bacon into rough cubes and slice the onions. Fry in a little oil until beginning to brown
- Meanwhile put the pasta on to cook following the packet instructions
- Beat together the one egg, plus two more yolk’s with the cheese and cream
- Drain the spaghetti through a sieve and tip into the fried bacon and onions. Then pour over the cheesy egg mix and combine together for one minute
- Transfer to warm bowls and serve with black pepper if desired
