Ingredients
- 1.25kg potatoes
- 8 Sausages
- 1 x onion
- Instant Gravy Granules
- Frozen peas
Method
- Peel and boil potatoes
- Put the sausages in the pan with a little oil and fry until golden and cooked through
- Meanwhile, in a small pan, fry the chopped onion in a little oil until softened. Then add 4 tablespoons of gravy granules and 1 pint of boiling water and stir together so the onions are mixed in until the gravy begins to thicken. Leave on a low heat until ready to serve
- Boil the pea’s in a pan until starting to soften and drain
- Drain the potatoes, mash and add a little milk and butter
- Serve the sausages leaning on the mash with the pea’s on the side
- Place into a serving jug onto the plate
