Ingredients

  • 1.25kg potatoes
  • 8 Sausages
  • 1 x onion
  • Instant Gravy Granules
  • Frozen peas

Method

  1. Peel and boil potatoes
  2. Put the sausages in the pan with a little oil and fry until golden and cooked through
  3. Meanwhile, in a small pan, fry the chopped onion in a little oil until softened. Then add 4 tablespoons of gravy granules and 1 pint of boiling water and stir together so the onions are mixed in until the gravy begins to thicken. Leave on a low heat until ready to serve
  4. Boil the pea’s in a pan until starting to soften and drain
  5. Drain the potatoes, mash and add a little milk and butter
  6. Serve the sausages leaning on the mash with the pea’s on the side
  7. Place into a serving jug onto the plate
